I am trained in IFS, Narrative Therapy, ACT, and alternative dispute resolution.
Are you or someone you love struggling with anxiety, panic, depression, or lack of motivation? Are you or your loved ones dealing with relationship difficulties and would like to develop tools and skills to both cope with the now and move forward? I connect with clients with the belief that everyone has both immense strengths that they've already used to solve past problems in their lives, and a capacity to learn new ways of understanding their own lives, their own mind and beliefs, and their own way of acting.

My approach is primarily client-centered, while incorporating acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), emotion-focused therapy (EFT), and cognitive approaches.
The main client issues I focus on are: depression, anxiety, self-esteem, stress, and/or trauma. I am dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space for individuals to share, engage in self-exploration, build resilience, and live freely. It is important that my sessions feel like a collaboration with my clients, where together we outline and work to achieve their goals. Under these conditions, I can help clients recognize, accept, regulate, and transform the "negative" emotions that stem from the issues above.

I tailor therapeutic modalities and techniques for your unique needs to help you find self-acceptance, empowerment, and inner peace.
As a therapist, I believe that providing clients with a nonjudgmental, supportive, and safe environment encourages self-awareness, self-exploration, and self-compassion while working together as a team when exploring their life challenges. As a bicultural woman, mother, and wife, I find managing too many roles and responsibilities challenging, which can lead to mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, and low self-esteem. I can assist you in navigating these challenges while remaining focused and engaged, working towards and achieving your life goals and authentic self.

I draw from a variety of therapeutic styles, such as parts work/IFS, Narrative, ACT, and DBT, and will tailor my approach to your needs and preferences.
If you are struggling with overwhelming emotions, relationship issues, trauma, or marginalization, you may find hope and empowerment through therapy. As a queer, non-binary therapist, I focus on social justice and how oppression can both impact you and be resisted on a personal level. I will support you to work with overwhelming emotions so that they don’t control you or damage your relationships, and instead guide you towards a more fulfilling life. Through a supportive and collaborative relationship, we can deeply understand your experiences, help you heal from their impacts, and work towards your hopes for your life.

Reaching out for support is such a courageous act.
My mission is to create a non-judgmental, collaborative space where you can authentically be yourself. With a mental health nursing background, I have gained an appreciation for the complexities of the human condition. Because of this experience, I bring a unique perspective to understand your needs and how we can collaboratively explore your obstacles and work towards solutions. As your therapist, my role is that of a guide, to walk alongside you as you navigate your own path toward growth. Together, we will foster resilience, develop coping strategies, and uncover the strengths you may not yet realize you have within you.

I prefer to rely on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Narrative Therapy.
I’m an experienced Social Worker who supports my clients when they are feeling uncertain about how to move forward in life. Clients often come to me worried about their future, focused on past choices, or concerned that they aren’t where they are “supposed” to be. This may be due to unexpected changes or anticipated transitions.

I have a strong foundation in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Solution Focussed Therapy.
I work with individuals in a reflective and warm approach, helping them navigate life’s stressors and boost their resilience. With over 10 years of clinical experience, I am committed to providing evidence-based treatments, tailored to the individual’s goals and needs, and doing so through a safe and trauma-informed lens.

As a neurodivergent person with ADHD myself, I know some of the difficulties you may face. If you have ADHD and/or are Autistic, you’ve probably spent many years trying to fight your own brain and force yourself to act “normal,” but find this never works in the long run. Or perhaps you have someone in your life who is neurodivergent, and are struggling meet their needs and your own. You may experience painful emotions, difficulty understanding yourself, and frustrating personal relationships. Navigating life can be overwhelming when you're neurodivergent, but I firmly believe there is hope, and I want you to feel hopeful too.

My integrative and client-centered approach incorporates a variety of techniques from ACT, CBT, and Somatic Experiencing to address and ease the emotional, psychological, and physical effects of suffering.
My approach to counselling is informed by my own journey through anxiety, childhood trauma, and chronic pain. After years of debilitating pain, I became educated about how trauma becomes stored in the body, contributing to illness and psychological distress. A variety of emotional, cognitive, and somatic exercises focused at regulating the nervous system, rewiring the brain, and stopping physical symptoms allowed me to find freedom from chronic pain. I now dedicate my career to supporting and empowering clients on their individual paths to healing.
