Many people move through life carrying exhaustion, confusion, grief, or a quiet sense of disconnection from themselves, from others, or away from meaning and joy. You may feel overwhelmed, emotionally tired, uncertain of your direction, or unable to find balance in your relationships and daily life. Sometimes the struggle is not visible from the outside, yet deeply felt within. Therapy can be a space to pause, reconnect, and begin listening more deeply to yourself. With more than 25 years of experience, I offer a safe and respectful environment through virtual or in person appointments designed to fit your schedule.
My approach is compassionate, practical, and centered on the unique experience of each person. Together, we begin by understanding where you are today emotionally, mentally, and personally, and gently explore new ways of relating to yourself, your emotions, your losses, and the continuous changes life brings. Let us grow from awareness and acceptance.
Therapy may help you develop healthier boundaries, process grief and life transitions, understand your emotional world more clearly, and strengthen the inner resources already present within you. If this resonates with you, I kindly invite you to reach out for a consultation and see whether this space feels right for your journey.
