The team at A Mindful Change all share the same values, passion and commitment to support those we work with from a compassionate, non-judgmental and mindful stance. We welcome clients from diverse gender identities, sexual orientation and racial and cultural backgrounds. We are committed to delivering evidence-based practices from an Anti-Oppressive lens, recognizing that many of the best treatments available were not designed for the diverse communities we serve. We are focused on maintaining competence with ongoing intensive training and supervision to ensure that we provide the best treatment we can.
We work with individuals and families that are struggling with a variety of concerns, from specific behaviours or emotions they are wanting to change or those who are seeking to practice acceptance of the things they cannot change. We do this using a variety of evidence-based practices that are tailored to the unique needs of each individual.
We have IMMEDIATE availability at our practice as we recently expanded our team. Don't wait! Reach out now for a free consultation!
