Maybe you're feeling consumed by the amount of expectations put you, plus you're hard on yourself too. I believe it is possible to live an empowered, connected, and fulfilling life even when we are pushed to our absolute limits. That said, I think we can both agree, something has to change and having someone to talk to, who can also provide some tools and strategies, would be pretty good idea.
