I am very passionate about helping people through anxiety and depressive concerns, ADHD, life transitions/millennial issues, eating disorders, self-esteem and cultural issues.
NO-WAIT list- ADHD, Stress/Anxiety, Self-Esteem - You have a hard time "turning off" your racing mind. Concentration might be an issue and you find yourself never getting things done, or at least as much as you'd like. Perhaps you are struggling with motivation or feeling in a funk because life is just too much sometimes. When you are worried about and overwhelmed with seemingly every little thing, it can be hard to feel good about yourself and make the changes you are desperate to see. If you are ready to work on yourself and start feeling better, you have come to the right place- I'm here to support you through this tough time!

Does your body feel "wrong" to you? Do you want a greater sense of peace and safety in your body? Are relationships challenging for you? Maybe you learned successfully manage your eating disorder symptoms, anxiety etc, but continue to experience inner conflict. I work with teens ages 12 to 19, primarily addressing challenges related to anxiety, body image and eating disorders, gender and sexuality, social pressures, and perfectionism.
Being a teenager is hard. Between school, parents, peers, and social media, it feels like everyone is judging you about everything. Maybe you find yourself saying “I’m not smart enough”, “I’m not pretty enough”, or “Something is wrong with me!” If you feel overwhelmed by expectations and wish you didn’t care what anyone thinks about you, you are not alone! I’ve been there, felt that, and now I help teens, like you, learn to let go of expectations and discover who they are and who they want to be. If you’re sick of trying to be liked by everyone else, and ready to like yourself so you can be yourself, then you are in the right place!
