I am a clinical psychologist licensed in Ontario and I hold a doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D./Psy.D.) from the Université du Québec à Montréal. I provide psychological assessments and psychotherapy at my clinic, Uprise Psychology & Wellness, to adults and teens suffering from eating disorders and body image concerns, as well as adults struggling with perinatal mental health difficulties, including postpartum depression, birth trauma, pregnancy loss and infertility. I also have experience working with people suffering from Anxiety Disorders, Mood Disorders, Trauma-Related Disorders as well as other difficulties.

I am trained in evidence-based therapies including CBT, ACT, CFT and DBT-ED. I also have additional training. I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) with Postpartum Support International. I am also a qualified instructor in Mindfulness-Based Eating Awareness Training and hold a regular personal mindfulness practice.

I provide supervision services to therapists working at Uprise Psychology & Wellness and clinical consultation services for therapists working externally, and I lead several wellness and therapeutic skills groups as well as lead workshops to the community.
