As a therapist intern, I take a holistic, nonjudgmental, affirming, and person-centered approach to helping a variety of clients navigate life's challenges, and find deeper meaning, inner-peace, and more joy in their lives. I am also deeply passionate about supporting birthing parents, non-birthing parents, and families in navigating the challenges of pregnancy, parenthood, and postpartum depression and have training in this area.
