I am comfortable working with those with ADHD.
Not currently accepting new clients. I am honored to work with people through their most difficult times and struggles, and my greatest joy is to watch people not only survive their struggles but discover how to thrive in new ways. I believe this healing is possible for all people even when clients do not believe it for themselves. Whether the challenges you face are depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, work or school stress, or something else, I want you to know you do not need to do this on your own.

Therapy can be challenging, but this refining process allows us to have a more compassionate and truthful relationship with ourselves and others. Reach out today for a free consultation to see what therapy could look like for you!

Specialties of mine are but not limited to working with the neurodiverse population (Autism and ADHD/ADD), navigating and coping with anxiety, increasing self-worth through empowerment, LGBTIQ+ difficulties, and processing trauma.
Seeking therapy can be a daunting task, and as a counselor, I want to make this process as smooth and accessible as I can. I enjoy building rapport with my clients and watching them grow and flourish. The relationship between counselor and client often is a predictor for successful outcomes. Therefore, I work hard to offer a safe, non-judgmental environment to discuss life transitions and difficulties.

Additionally, I support clients struggling with depression, ADHD, substance use, mood disorders, grief & loss, family conflict and women’s issues.
If you feel disconnected from yourself and others, or find it difficult to live each moment fully, you may be carrying unresolved trauma. You are worthy of feeling whole and I'm here to support you in reconnecting with your authentic self. Together, we can develop an inner protector for your wounded inner child. This looks like developing a practice of self-compassion, boosting mindfulness, embracing vulnerability and imperfection, responding to challenging emotions, healing attachment wounds, and integrating traumatic experiences. I sincerely believe in our capacity to transform your trauma into post-traumatic growth.

As a Queer person with ADHD, I want to help neurodivergent people feel more comfortable navigating nuances around sex, sexuality, gender, and relational dynamics. I also have a passion for fostering healthy conversation where partners can safely express their needs, desires, fears, and pain. I want to guide people toward secure attachment so that they feel worthy of love and capable of advocating for their experiences. I strive to reduce shame and reinstate curiosity so that we can have a more mindful connection with ourselves, our bodies, and others. I find reward in working with trauma and its impact on sex and quality of life.
