Seeking therapy can be a daunting task, and as a counselor, I want to make this process as smooth and accessible as I can. I enjoy building rapport with my clients and watching them grow and flourish. The relationship between counselor and client often is a predictor for successful outcomes. Therefore, I work hard to offer a safe, non-judgmental environment to discuss life transitions and difficulties.

Specialties of mine are but not limited to working with the neurodiverse population (Autism and ADHD/ADD), navigating and coping with anxiety, increasing self-worth through empowerment, LGBTIQ+ difficulties, and processing trauma. Primarily I have worked with young adults, adults, and older adults.

Each case is unique and requires a special therapeutic approach, so I tailor my approach to meet your specific needs. I use a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches. I am currently accepting new clients for Tele-Therapy/Video Therapy and in-person sessions.
