My counseling approach is rooted in Somatic Experiencing, Mindfulness, and Polyvagal and Attachment theory application, and informed by neurobiology and intersectionality in order to provide individualized care for each client’s unique needs. I often integrate psychoeducation, Interpersonal Processing, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, as well as yoga and other non-traditional and liberatory practices.
