My name is Adrea Zaleski and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Clinical Supervisor in the state of Colorado. I offer counseling from a systemic approach to assist Individuals and Couples that are trying to navigate through some of the difficult adjustments that occur over the lifespan. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process in which the client(s) learn how to reflect upon the past, cope with the present, and set goals for the future. Katie (she/her) is a Licensed Professional Counselor – Candidate working towards her clinical licensure. She has experience in substance use treatment, trauma informed care and LGBTQIA + informed care. Katie works with adolescents and adults alike, and takes on a strengths based approach in order to best support her clients. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, Katie strives to create a safe space for any and everyone who is on their healing journey.

My expertise includes working with kids, teenagers and their families in such a manner that helps them cope with issues of their daily life I fee content and happy working with them. I provide early intervention; restoring, rehabilitating, and supporting the effect of the child's diagnosis while reestablishing daily functioning skills. During sessions I believe in utilizing a person centered approach, cognitive behavioral techniques, mindfulness, play therapy, art and crafts, outdoors community integrations and usage of technology (games, internet) in a way that is productive for individuals.

I have gained extensive experience working with young adults (18 and older), adults, and couples. Issues common to those with whom I work are life transitions, relationship and family issues, premarital and marital counseling, depression and anxiety, grief, emotion regulation, trauma and abuse, and autism. I work very collaboratively and take the time to fully understand your concerns. I find that it is important to consider external factors related to an issue such as one's relationships, current stressors and past major life events as well as internal factors such as one's beliefs, thoughts and emotions.
