The focus of my work has been around trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, family issues, and more. I am comfortable working with adolescents, children, and adults who come to therapy with a wide range of concerns. I combine elements of cognitive behavioral therapy, art therapy, and play therapy for children who have trouble communicating their needs.
I am a Licensed Professional Art Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor who loves using Art Therapy and Play Therapy interventions as a safe and fun way to connect with children and adolescents.
