I have several years of experience helping people with anxiety, trauma (military or non-military related) or depression and am confident that you can feel better.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who specializes in working with children struggling with grief, anger and aggression, anxiety, depression, and symptoms related to trauma. I seek to create a safe, non-judgmental, non-intrusive atmosphere for children to truly express their emotions and desires.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Addiction Counselor. I use evidence-based and emerging therapy models to support my clients in building resilience, overcoming challenges and developing the skills to live a rich and meaningful life. I work with adolescents ages 14 and older as well as adults. My approach is client centered, compassionate and practical.

My passion lies in guiding people through the healing process in non-traditional ways. Rather than relying solely on talk therapy, I incorporate various experiential modalities like Rapid Resolution Therapy, EFT, and mindfulness techniques to facilitate change. With over two decades of experience, I specialize in counseling for adolescents and young adults, depression, anxiety, grief & loss, trauma, and women's issues.
