About

I am honored to work with people through their most difficult times and struggles, and my greatest joy is to watch people not only survive their struggles but discover how to thrive in new ways. I believe this healing is possible for all people even when clients do not believe it for themselves. Whether the challenges you face are depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, work or school stress, health crisis, or something else, I want you to know you do not need to do this on your own.
You are hard-wired for health and wellness. Sometimes advice and techniques are useful, and I am happy to provide those resources, but most often my role is to help you connect with yourself, your sense of meaning and purpose, and others as a way to unleash the brain's potential for resiliency and healing.
I look forward to meeting you and walking with you on your journey towards wholeness.
