Parents seek Play Therapy and Parent Support sessions with me to help their child work through their behavioral challenges and improve their parent-child relationship. Play Therapy sessions help kids to express their feelings in regulated ways, promote self-confidence and autonomy, improve their relationship to themselves and others, support social-emotional learning, and work to embrace your child's natural essence helping them to live a full, authentic, and resilient life. I also offer counseling for Tweens & Teens (ages 11-15) through this complicated point of development, especially now in such a complicated world.

Jessica Quick, MSW, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker who brings warmth and energy along with a cognitive approach to her work with a diverse group of adolescents, young adults, and adults. Using a blend of person-first therapy and motivational interviewing, complemented by Cognitive Behavioral and mindfulness techniques, Jess has worked in a wide variety of treatment settings for over a fifteen years to help individuals and couples set and reach goals.

My name is Katie Quick (she/her). I am a licensed therapist, life coach, former classroom teacher and award-winning singer/songwriter with a Masters in Counseling from Northwestern University. I have 18 years experience providing high level coaching and support for big dreamers, old souls, empaths, creatives, rebels, misfits and anyone else that is ready their fullest, most authentic life.

Therapy is more than an objective view of emotional and relational issues though, it's a very important relationship. The warm, supportive and judgment-free relationship we develop actually creates the safe place to explore the difficult issues in life. When boundaries have been violated, often in childhood, it can be difficult to negotiate and expect good boundaries as we grow up. Again, that's where I come in. In the safety of a nurturing place, we will work together to develop and maintain healthy boundaries in your personal, school and professional life. Life can then look a little more manageable and goals more attainable.

My current clients come from a variety of backgrounds, beliefs, and family structures; I am LGBTQ+ informed, intuitive, and care deeply about human beings. I have some specialized experience with cult trauma and leaders/individuals who use emotional and mental control devices such as manipulation, guilting, and shaming.
