I am a licensed professional counselor with 25 years of experience. I am fluid in English and Spanish. I have a masters degree in counseling. I have worked in many different settings such as outpatient mental health, detoxification, adult detention center, residential substance use treatment, and emergency services. I provide individual therapy. I have worked with people with schizophrenia, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, bipolar disorder, substance use, and personality disorder.

I work from a wellness model and believe anyone can benefit from counseling. I work to provide a safe environment where my clients feel supported and heard.
