Sometimes there are thoughts, memories and moods that are causing us distress. Often, when we try to express these to others, we are left feeling more confused about what we are feeling or misunderstood afterward. Sometimes words fail us and we cannot find the right way to express ourselves and then we find ourselves repeating the same cycles. I have found in my work that when words fail, art can help us bridge that language dead-end. I am a registered Art Therapist; I believe that art is innately human and can provide a safe space to initiate growth and change in individuals.

We all long for connection, belonging, and peace within ourselves. Yet unexpected experiences, and the meanings we attach to them, can leave us anxious, stuck, or disconnected. When we work together, we make sense of what’s been weighing on you, untangle unhelpful patterns, and strengthen your sense of self. The goal isn’t just symptom relief, but renewed confidence, emotional security, and the ability to move forward with clarity, intention, and a deeper connection to who you are.

I’ve learned that there’s no "one size fits all" approach to healing. I believe that the most effective therapy is not solely determined by the client’s circumstances, but truly by who they are as a person. That’s why I take an individualized and flexible approach, tailoring each session to meet you where you are. Yes, Life can be overwhelming. You may be carrying the weight of constant worry, struggling with transitions, or simply feeling unheard. Or if you’ve ever found yourself thinking, “I just need someone to really listen", you are not alone.

Maybe you're not even looking for therapy. Maybe you've done that. And you still find yourself bracing. Your heart still races. You react before you can think. You get flooded and don't know why. That's not a willpower problem — that's your nervous system stuck in a pattern it learned to survive. What you're looking for is something that works at a deeper level — in your body, not just your mind. The science is clear: lasting change requires rewiring your physiological baseline, not just your thinking. That's exactly what I do with my clients. And exactly why I started doing this work.

If you’re constantly overthinking, second-guessing yourself, or feeling like you’re never doing enough, therapy can help. Maybe you appear to have it all together on the outside, while internally you’re exhausted by anxiety, perfectionism, self-doubt, or the pressure to get everything “right.” You may find yourself caught in cycles of overthinking, people-pleasing, comparison, or worry—and struggle to trust yourself even when you know, logically, that you’re capable.
You may be experiencing a life transition like motherhood, or trying to connect to those around you, and wondering why you feel so unsettled and overwhelmed.

Everyone experiences emotions in life that can be overwhelming and anxiety-ridden. Many of these reflect inner conflicts but also unresolved past experiences. I help my patients work toward alleviating the symptoms they bring to therapy while also encouraging them to take an intimate look at what is contributing to their struggles so that long-term change becomes possible. While it is often challenging, psychotherapy can lead to a clearer and grounded sense of self and safer relationships with others. Taking the time and using the intensity of more frequent sessions allow to build the trust needed for meaningful transformation.
