My name is Ana C. Ponce. I was raised in Venezuela and the US. I am a bilingual clinical social worker. I have been in the field for nearly a decade. I offer a multicultural, relational, trauma-informed, and attachment-based approach to therapy. I also have a penchant for neurobiology. Your individuality is valued and central to our work.
Moving towards authenticity and self-compassion inform much of my framework. I've lived first hand many transformational challenges - whether due to trauma, work, parenting, or intergenerational caregiving. I've also lived the beauty of healing.
