When words are not enough, Art Therapy, a combination of counseling and art making, can bring to light the uncertainty that is felt on the inside. For children, the focus is on the process of art-making to practice healthy habits while improving executive functioning skills. For teens and Adult-children finding meaning and purpose through artistic symbols/metaphors can reduce anxiety about the future. Anyone can do Art Therapy!
I specialize in the development and issues surrounding Children, Teens, and Young Adults, between ages 8-24.
