I was born in Northern Virginia, where I lived until I attended the University of South Carolina to complete my undergraduate degree in Psychology. I then returned to the DMV area to attend George Washington University where I earned my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My clinical areas of interest include child and adolescent mental health, anxiety, depression and ADHD.

Are therapy sessions confidential?
