I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of experience. During this time I have worked in school settings, home health and hospice, as well as my private practice. I am offering telehealth services to older teenagers and adults at this time.

I have worked in mental health most of my life, first at Vermont State Hospital as a psychiatric social worker, and in 1992 began working in outpatient treatment. As a seasoned therapist I can say that there are many tools that I have learned to use over the years. Together we can identify the sources of low self esteem, depression, anxiety, etc. and clear those influences on present day well-being. Therapy is goal oriented so you will identify how you want to be feeling at the end of treatment and together we will make that happen.
