Not accepting new clients
I do not have openings at this time. The world is currently facing unprecedented challenges that can cause an immense amount of mental health stress. I specialize in coercive control, narcissistic abuse, and covert abuse. I have training in CBT and DBT specializing in understanding behavioral reactions and urges. Please reach out to discuss the treatment that matches your emotional, mental, and financial needs.
DBT, or Dialectical Behavior Therapy, is a specialized treatment approach. It offers skill building to teach and assist people to learn to manage emotions, tolerate distress, be effective in relationships, and, overall, be mindful. I work with Greater Portland DBT, a collaborative group of independent therapists and psychiatric providers.
I offer Web-Based Counseling only at this time.
