If you're feeling angry or upset or worried a lot of the time, isn't it time for a change? I have a focus on helping clients through transitions such as break-ups/divorces, new parenting and other life changes. I enjoy collaborating with clients to help them get to where they want to be in life. You don't have to go through difficult times alone!
I work with adults and am trained in cognitive-behavioral and mind/body therapies. I have completed a year-long Level I and an additional Level II training in Internal Family Systems, a modality that helps you tap into your innate ability to regulate your emotions and make positive changes in your life.
I work with issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma and life changes to help you look at patterns in your relationships - to yourself and others - and address limiting beliefs that keep you from moving forward. I also teach skills that can be used to help you function more effectively.
