We offer individual counseling to adults who want to work on depression, anxiety, personality issues, codependency and substance abuse. We are trained in Gottman and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy.

Evening sessions available. Anthony Marler, LMHC specializes in couples therapy (Marriage Counseling). He helps couples improve their relationships and communication. He also sees individuals to help with emotional healing and increased coping skills with those who've experienced trauma. He assists men with regaining control of their lives from the addictive nature of pornography.

We offer the same week psycho-therapy appointments, in-person and via Telehealth. We also offer counseling for grief and loss, addictions, as well as couples/ marital counseling. Therapy accepts all major insurance carriers (BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, Humana, United Health and Medicare) in order to make our services affordable to our patients, self-pay is also an option.

I am an experienced licensed psychologist and marriage and family therapist providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples and families for a wide range of clinical issues including depression, anxiety, life transitions, and eating disorders. Clinically, my approach is warm, direct and outcome driven. I am very interested in who you are as an individual as well as within the context of your family and other environments. With this in mind, my initial therapeutic goal is to meet you where you are, identify clinical goals and foster an open and collaborative therapeutic relationship in which we work together towards your goals.

I use a combination of mindfulness and existentialism in order to empower clients to take an active role in treatment and be proactive in the therapy process. My role is to guide clients to discover meaning and freedom in their life. Helping clients build self-awareness, acceptance, and motivation to create a purposeful life brings me great joy. I work with adults struggling with mood disorders, anxiety, OCD, personality disorders and LGBTQ+ related issues. Marital/relationship counseling to overcome obstacles or to improve the quality of relationship with compassion is also offered.

I believe that each person has the potential to live the life they truly want and that lasting change is possible. As a strengths-based therapist, I help a client find their strengths are built on and utilized in therapy to help the client work through the difficulties they are experiencing.
