People have been shaped and molded by their past experiences, both good and bad. Often, people feel drawn to focus on the bad experiences, often leading to pain and struggles of many kinds. To many, pain and struggle feels permanent. Many excuse these struggles as “just part of life”. When we excuse these struggles and they become “just part of life” we tend to lose hope. When one is ready to address their struggles they can overcome what they thought was permanent.

"What lies behind us, and what lies before us are small matters compared to what lies within us". - Ralph Waldo Emerson. Life is a journey full of beauty and unexpected challenges. It is at these difficult times when we may need additional support; someone to walk beside us along our journey and help us find that beauty of life again.

I utilize a specialty modality single target focused model. What this means is that you will have weekly sessions for 8 weeks that focus on a single target to process. Sometimes, it can feel overwhelming & as though progress is not being made when we try to process through multiple aspects of life, events, feelings, & thoughts at once. Instead, I like to focus on a single target (aspect of life, event, feeling, thought) for 8 weeks utilizing a specialty modality (EMDR, Biofeedback, Vagus nerve, etc.) & give that single target focus all of our attention, time, energy & emotion for 8 weeks, before we move on to the next single target.

The most important journey in life is self discovery. It is a difficult step because we must confront our faults and accept humility to achieve personal growth. My job is to help you find your favorite version of yourself. I'm here to help guide your path while you learn to love yourself, accept your past and current circumstances, and foster healthier relationships. On our path of self discovery, we find ourselves stuck in the past and focusing on our hardships, or allow our fears to prevent us from reaching our goals. I want to help you embrace the resilience your past has created and overcome your fears to achieve your goals.

Are you a mom or woman who seems to have it all together, but still feels like something is missing? You’ve accomplished a lot — built a family, nurtured relationships, or achieved career milestones — but deep down, you’re still not feeling the fulfillment you expected. A big life change — like a shift in your relationship, a new baby, or an empty nest — has made you realize you’re not as happy or content as you hoped. Something needs to change, but you’re unsure what it is. You want to gain deeper insight into yourself, your past, and your relationships, and you’re ready to create healthier patterns and more balance.

I am deeply passionate about mental health and behavior analysis, and I have dedicated my academic and professional pursuits to understanding the relation of cognitive and behavioral health. My educational journey started with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, where I developed a strong interest in developmental, clinical, and behavioral psychology. Following that, I pursued a Master's degree in Psychology with a minor in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). My interest in pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Health Science has led me to explore the integration of both fields.
