Hi, my name is Diana and I am happy you have chosen my profile to review in your search for finding help with whatever it is you may need. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I am trained in both general psychotherapy theories and systems theory. This means I take the individual’s whole system into account in sessions and how a family and/or a cultural system can affect an individual’s needs for becoming the best version of themselves. I believe in a holistic approach and tailor the treatment to each specific individual.
I specialize in teens and adults going through life changes. I love to help give people the tools they need to make healthy decisions that are best for them, their overall well-being, and success in life. I work with children, families, and adults. I am passionate about working with people that have had trauma, anxiety, depression, or chronic illness.
I offer couples therapy and have training in pre-marital therapy as well as addressing other obstacles a relationship may be going through. I'm also trained in DBT.
