Life doesn't happen in our thoughts alone. While healing does require a profound, reflective shift in our subconscious, where most of our pain reveals itself, when we discover the barricades preventing us from showing up in life the way we most desire, we can "clear it" (metaphorically) with wisdom. But matching actions is what truly creates transformation.

I received my Master’s in Social Work from the New York University Silver School of Social Work. During my time at NYU, I completed my clinical internships at IVDU Boys’ School, a high school for Orthodox Jewish young men with developmental disabilities, and Bleuler Psychotherapy Center, an outpatient mental health clinic for children, adolescents, and adults.
