Hi there! I am a High Performance Coach who helps people overcome limiting beliefs & negative patterns so they can embody their full potential & bring their biggest visions to life. In short, I'll help you reach your goals and move through any roadblocks along the way. There are three steps to creating lasting change: 1. Self Awareness, 2. Acceptance, 3. Aligned Action. Most methodologies create change by moving straight from awareness to change on a behavioral level, but this is missing the most powerful step: acceptance. Once we fully accept every part of ourselves, only then can we execute change externally & more powerfully.

I enjoy working with individuals of all ages and genders, though I particularly enjoy working with children in Family Based Treatment (FBT), and individually with older adolescents and young adults as they navigate the more transitional stages of life. I use a person-centered approach to therapy that allows my clients to be their own experts, and to use their own understanding of their experiences as a baseline for healing. I also integrate relational therapy techniques, supporting clients in building their sense of self and autonomy, while also developing patience and trust in their relationships with others.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am committed to collecting evidenced based "tools for my toolbox" to aid those grappling with finding the new normal after their worlds have shifted. I take an action-oriented, collaborative approach to therapy.

Have you been feeling unmotivated, burned out, or stuck? Do you tend to overthink, get anxious, or become overcome by negative emotions? These symptoms are painful and common in those who have experienced loss, relationship stress, trauma, or other distressing life events. Unfortunately, many people try to just keep going or distract themselves hoping things will get better. While this can seem to work well in the short-term, it can lead to bigger problems such as relationship break-ups, anger outbursts, chronic physical symptoms, addiction, or decreased work performance. If you are ready to take the first step, there is a way out.

Are you feeling down, easily stressed, overwhelmed, unable to sleep? You put on a mask. No one knows how you are really feeling inside. You have always been able to do what you need to do. Now you can’t. Are you thinking, “I should …”, “maybe if I were to…”; but you procrastinate, you have no motivation. This is not who you are. This is not who you want to be. If this is what you are experiencing, we need to connect. I too have been there - felt the self-doubt, anxiety, feeling not good enough, just being stuck. I know what it takes to get back on track.
