My practice is strength based and works with adults and adolescents to resolve issues associated with addiction (alcoholism, drug use, internet, etc.), depression, anxiety, ADHD, relationships, interpersonal / family conflict, loss, and life changes (divorce, death, etc.). I enjoy working with a variety of clients. The majority of my experience is Crisis Intervention and Trauma. I enjoy solution focused therapy and believe in empowering my clients to making positive changes in their life. I am trained in EMDR and which I find very successful in treating trauma and PTSD.
