From my experiences working in psychotherapy, wilderness therapy, crisis counseling with a police department, emergency room social work and as a school counselor in the Middle East, I work to understand my client’s needs and adapt therapy to their personality and preferences.

Groups
Adolescent Boys Depression and Therapy Group
Groups are a great opportunity to grow and connect with your peers who share similar challenges and struggles. This group is for boys 14-17 years of age who are dealing with anxiety, depression, anger and struggles with interpersonal relationships. Through psychoeducation, CBT and Relational Therapy client's will work to better understand themselves, their feelings and their behaviors. With that understanding, client's will work to not only manage symptoms to navigate this difficult time of their lives, but also explore who they want to be. Group size will be 6-8 people and it will be a closed group.
