Hi there! My name is Myriam Padron, I am a licensed psychologist specializing in evidence-based cognitive behavioral treatments for OCD, hoarding, panic disorder, social anxiety, and eating disorders. I have specialized training in exposure and response prevention (ERP) and CBT, the gold standard treatments for OCD and related disorders (hair-pulling, skin-picking, hoarding). I also have extensive experience providing therapy to those who suffer from depression, mood disorders, personality disorders, eating disorders and LGBTQA concerns.
Although I primarily use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and a variety of techniques throughout treatment, I also believe treatment should be tailored for each client depending on their own specific needs.
