I’m LaMora D. Pace, LCSW, founder of The Healing Crest Counseling Services and creator of Simply Lovable. With over 20 years of experience, I support individuals and couples healing from childhood and relationship trauma, infidelity, anxiety, and mild depression. My trauma-informed, culturally responsive approach helps people understand patterns, rebuild trust, and grow with confidence. Through Simply Lovable, I empower women to make healing and SELF a non-negotiable priority using practical tools rooted in the SELF Method.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and focused on helping clients gain clarity about their emotional and relational patterns. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, mild depression, and relationship concerns by addressing how past experiences influence current thoughts and behaviors.
In our counseling sessions, we'll collaborate to identify what's working well in your life and what obstacles are preventing your healing and ability to manage emotional stressors. Together, we'll uncover aspects of yourself that might be hidden or yet to be discovered, shedding light on paths to deeper self-awareness.
