We are a group practice with compassionate, licensed therapists that specialize in treating pre-teens (ages 10+), adolescents, young adults, adults and couples. I am an LPC with expertise in working with adolescents, adults, and couples. I have experience in treating several mental health diagnoses including depression, anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. I also have experience in working with concerns related to self-esteem, impulse control, social issues, school/work concerns, marital/relationship concerns, and everyday life stress. Ms. Coulston is well known for her work in the treatment field of eating disorders & weight management, and for her expertise in both childhood and adult trauma, as well as the field of behavioral addictions. I am an experienced clinical psychologist and supervisor, well-versed in telehealth; I am also an Active Duty Veteran and currently serve in the PA Army National Guard. We have a staff providers who are well trained and available via telehealth or in-person. Patient populations of focus include Veterans, Military, and First Responders. Additional areas of expertise are other public safety activities including treatment of patients who are justice involved, those with substance use disorder, and providing evidence based care for trauma, depression, stress and adjustment issues, as well as relationship and marriage concerns.

Those experiences serve as a foundation for the ways in which we show up in the world , how we understand and express emotions and how we engage with others.
