Horizon Behavioral Health is patient centered and evidence based practice with highly experienced psychotherapy and medication management providers that will flex to meet your clinical and logistical needs. Available in person and via telehealth, accepting government sponsored and commercial insurance as well as self pay, we strive to expand access to high quality behavioral health services. As the owner and with 20+ years in patient care in public safety sectors, we prioritize public safety officials (Military, First Responders) and specialize in treating trauma, substance use disorder, depression, stress and adjustment concerns.
Services are available in individual, couples, family, or group sessions and include evidence based psychotherapy and medication management (PA, NP, psychiatrists). Psychotherapy techniques include cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, trauma specific treatment, solution focused, and performance improvement and wellness strategies.
