Everyone, at some point, needs someone to help them through a difficult period in their life. It is not easy to manage multiple demands while dealing with the one's own physical and mental well being. I offer a compassionate and safe place to work through issues that manifest in depressive symptoms, traumatic stress, anxiety disorders, social isolation, relationship issues and problems adjusting to change. My experience includes inpatient psychiatry, specializing in postpartum depression, anxiety, crisis stabilization and psychosis. Providing support to adolescents with depression and anxiety related to school, family, relationships, body image and social media are more prevalent post pandemic and I lend myself to those who are in need of guidance and support in these areas.

For close to twenty years I have worked in Westchester County as a social worker and psychoanalyst.
