Providing my patients with a safe, non-judgemental space in which they can heal is my passion. My life’s work has been focused on helping people navigate the painful hardships of life including grief, divorce and trauma along with the depression and anxiety that accompany difficult life circumstances.
I am the proud mother of 25 y/o quadruplets giving me a unique and very open-minded outlook on parenting. I am also a survivor of divorce and successful remarriage, celebrating 15 years of marriage this year. Surviving childhood trauma and significant adulthood grief and loss allows me to approach most circumstances with deep understanding and empathy.
I believe that connection is imperative to the therapeutic relationship and I specialize in combining a welcoming, comfortable environment along with a warm and very approachable demeanor in my counseling space. I welcome the opportunity to work with you as you journey on your path to your best self.
