My team and I help adults navigate through difficult transitions in life including, but not limited to parenting, relationship, career change etc. My team and I can help you learn healthy ways to manage your emotions and teach you how to use your coping skills to decrease stress, anxiety and symptoms of depression.
Therapy can be intimidating for most people especially if it's your first time. As your therapist my goal is to build a positive therapeutic relationship with you, provide a warm friendly environment where you feel safe and comfortable to be yourself.
