Life is a challenge; sometimes we feel up for it and sometimes we don’t. The world has become an even stranger place over the past year and many people find themselves unsure how to manage this new reality. I think asking for help is the healthiest choice with the healthiest long term outcome. I would work to establish a collaborative and creative partnership with you in order to help you achieve your personal goals. I believe in a client-focused, strength based, holistic approach to therapy where together we work to identify and reduce both the symptoms and causes of distress.
(I NOW PROVIDE VIDEO THERAPY FOR CLIENTS WHO ARE UNABLE TO COME TO MY OFFICE OR WHO CHOOSE TO STAY HOME DURING THE UNCERTAINTIES OF THE CORONAVIRUS SPREAD. The road to self discovery and healing starts with a brave step forward. I facilitate a safe space where you can address any challenges and gain awareness into past patterns that may be affecting your present. You’ll explore ways fear or internal conflicts interfere with your life goals, relationships, and overall quality of life. Through this process, you’ll be able to recognize triggers and work towards breaking unhealthy cycles.
