I offer a compassionate and safe place to work through issues that manifest in depressive symptoms, traumatic stress, anxiety disorders, social isolation, relationship issues and problems adjusting to change. Our work together will help you develop the insight and skills necessary to ameliorate your symptoms and to reach your therapeutic goals.
I am an experienced psychotherapist who has helped many people through difficult life transitions. I have several decades of experience working with older adults and their caregivers as well as with younger persons and couples working on relationship issues, parenting, divorce, bereavement and the loss of a job or relocation.
