We are a full-service Regional Mental Health Diagnostic and Treatment Center. We specialize in providing diagnostic evaluations to identify learning disabilities, attention and memory problems in children and adults. Psychological testing is used for the assessment of ADHD, memory and cognitive decline, personality, mood/bipolar, learning disorders, Autism, visual processing weaknesses, and developmental delay (ages newborn to 3 years). Psychological testing can also be used for schools to help accommodate your child's needs.

I practice general psychology and works with clients who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, prenatal and postpartum issues, anger, parenting challenges, and couples issues. I also have a concentrated interest in the family of origin trauma.

Addiction is not a problem to be fixed, but rather a person. I have worked with many people with various addictions and realize that addressing one problem from one perspective is not enough. I specialize in getting to know a person first and then helping that person heal from past hurts, learn skills for problem-solving, improve communication, build strong relationships, practice ways to manage strong emotions, learn to slow down and change their harmful or intrusive thoughts, draw from their faith for strength, develop strong support systems, and with all this, hope of long-term recovery can become reality.

Levon Ter-Bagdasarian, NP-BC, is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner. He received his medical education at California State University, Los Angeles where he received his Master Degree in Nursing in 2002. Levon has experience in both the inpatient and outpatient environment. In addition to his inpatient practice he has a private practice in Glendale where he specializes in treating ADD/ADHD, anxiety and panic disorders, depressive disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder. His clinical orientation is biological and psychodynamic.

Paula Harwood McKenna is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in California who started practicing in 2017. She has an RN, a BSN, and a Master's Degree in Nursing from Cal State San Marcos, a BA in Psychology from UC Irvine, and a BS in Business Administration from SDSU. Paula believes in a treatment philosophy that is collaborative, empathetic, patient centered, and individualized to meet patient clinical needs. In her spare time, Paula enjoys tennis, snow skiing, swimming, hiking, art, music, architecture, and travel.
