Together, we can be in better understanding of how you've come to story your life - challenging the limiting influence of messages that sound like "what should be" and "what's supposed to be" - and come into more preferred ways of being. I am guided to support you through sex and gender issues, identity development across different contexts like age and culture, relationship problems, and life transitions by my own experiences in the identities I hold as a queer, 1st generation Filipino-American as well as my training and values as a therapist. We may encounter difficult moments together, but I'll be with you every step of the way!

It is not uncommon to feel lost at different points in life. Life can be complicated: Family dynamics, career fulfillment, managing multiple responsibilities, understanding your partner, overwhelmed from transitions, college stress, socializing, navigating chronic illness, making sense of the past. I believe that together we can process your experiences which can lead to a meaningful life and personal growth. It's a huge step attending therapy and I welcome you into this space with sensitivity and compassion. I am a Latinx, neurodivergent therapist dedicated to working with adults.

You’re used to carrying everything, but it’s starting to feel heavy.
You may be the one others rely on, the one who holds it all together, and the one who keeps going even when you’re overwhelmed. But underneath it, you’re feeling anxious, stretched thin, or unsupported in your own life and relationships.
I work with individuals who are ready to stop carrying it all alone and begin feeling more grounded, supported, and clear.

You may feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, self-doubt, or relationship challenges—especially during times of transition or growth. You want to understand where these patterns come from and, more importantly, how to shift them. Deep down, you’re ready to move toward clarity, confidence, and connection. Therapy doesn’t require you to have it all figured out - just a willingness to reflect, feel, and grow.

It’s been awhile since you can remember feeling genuine happiness or feel a sense of direction in your life. As far as other people know, things are going well and you have things figured out. But in reality, you feel isolated and alone because the things that keep you up at night are or from other people are difficult to express. Or the people around you are not equipped to understand what you’re going through. It may be an overwhelming fear of failure, managing parenting challenges, or managing expectations from your parents, or work.

First of all, You are courageous. It is not easy to ask for help or be willing to look at patterns that are no longer serving you. I strive to provide an open unbiased environment to develop a comfortable therapist/client dynamic in order to begin processing past or current issues with a focus on goal setting and starting where you're at. Change happens when you believe it can happen and the only failure is in not trying. I strongly believe that there is no destination, only the journey and in focusing on the process and by being mindful, you can achieve anything.
