My name is Jake Stowell, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist practicing in Costa Mesa, California at Journeys Counseling Ministry. I work with individuals, couples, and families of all ages. Much of my experience has been with minors and adult men who struggle with issues including addiction, anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, divorce, grief, and trauma. Most folks seek professional help in a time of crisis. My initial goal is to help to manage your overwhelming feelings regarding the situation you find yourself in.
