Perhaps it's ongoing negative mental chatter, low self-worth, anger, addiction or heightened anxiety from a stressed out way of living that blocks that inner peace. My focus with couples, has included issues of betrayal, intimacy, divorce, pornography, addiction, commitment, and loneliness. Using an interactive approach I provide practical solutions, more self-awareness, and enhanced connectedness. Couples learn to make understanding the focus, rather than blame, and work on turning towards each other rather than away.
I am trained in Gottman Couples Therapy Levels 1&2. I have an attachment focused EMDR certification. I trained in Guided Imagery and The Rewind Technique through the Human Givens Institute London. I hold certificates in Domestic Violence Counseling, Eating Disorders, and Phobias. I respect and welcome diversity and clients, from all cultures and lifestyles.
