Known for getting results, I’ve supported therapists, physicians, attorneys, CEOs, and other professionals, as well as individuals and families facing challenges. I guide clients to breakthroughs in relationships, career, finances, emotional and spiritual life, and wellness. If a loved one struggles with addiction or mental health, I can provide interventions and ongoing support to promote recovery.

As a PhD in Neuropsychology, Certified Counselor, Interventionist, and Life/Recovery Coach, I help clients achieve breakthroughs in relationships, health, recovery, and personal growth. My specialties include treating anxiety, depression, addiction, and other issues. I lead the nationally recognized Lifelines Recovery Program helping over 500 each week.
