Integra Psychological Services, PLLC is owned by clinical neuropsychologist Dr. Levi Armstrong. We provide compassionate psychological and neuropsychological testing / evaluation services for children, adolescents, and adults. We also provide individual, couples, and marriage/family therapy.

My main focus is trauma and PTSD. My secondary focus is on Narcissistic Abuse Syndrome and Parental Alienation. I also do a lot of work with anxiety (social and generalized), addictions, depression, abuse (of all kinds). These are often tied to my two main focuses. I have a lot of experience working with military personnel and veterans.

I passionately work to empower clients. If you choose to work with me, I will use my extensive experience and years of practice to support you in working through areas of your life where you feel hopeless, inhibited, or stuck. I firmly believe that there are reasons for hopelessness, destress, and being thwarted. Said another way, there is nothing innately wrong with you. There are just problems that you have not distinguished or determined how to deal with. I can support you in developing your own power to work through them all.

I love working with anyone that feels like something has not been going right for them, be it for a long time or just a little while. I enjoy working with people that have anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment difficulties and people that just are feeling, again, like something is off. I seek to both equip my clients with the skills and tools they need to more effectively get through their lives as well as address inner difficulties so that the quality and satisfaction of life can be increased.

For the past 28 years I have been assisting members in our community and surrounding areas with an array of mental health issues confronting them and their families. My client population includes children, adolescents and adults. I work with individuals as well as families. I facilitate numerous groups and skills training curriculum in various topics including adolescent first offenders, anger management, divorce and separation, parenting, and teen issues.

I enjoy working with people from ages 16- 35. These are exciting and challenging times. Many people graduate from high school, go to college, start careers and start families. These are times when people begin to get to know themselves and become their true selves. These transitions can come with unique challenges. Sometimes one's values do not align with their families values, or their talents are not celebrated in their community. It can be very difficult to balance the demands of school, extra-curricular activities and a social life. Also, life doesn't stand still so difficult events like death, divorce and break-ups happen.

The late baseball philosopher Yogi Berra used to say something like "if you don't know where you are going, you'll probably wind up someplace else". If you want to clarify your objective in life, or if you want to get back on the path to achieving that objective, it would be my honor to be your partner along that journey. I specialize in clients who have experienced trauma, depression, symptoms of post-traumatic stress, veterans who are reintegrating into civilian life, and people who are in the midst of a life or career change.

Mind Above, PLLC (Professional Limited Liability Company) is an outpatient mental health therapy practice that was founded in 2019 by Jeremy Fusco, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Texas and a U.S. Air Force Veteran. Fusco received his Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of Southern California with a concentration in Mental Health and sub-concentration in Military and Veterans Services. Theoretical approaches to providing care include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Eclectic Psychotherapy.

Trauma and its aftershocks suck. Trauma wounds the mind, body and spirit. It's confusing and debilitating, and it leaves you wondering whether life will get better. Trauma can make you feel, and believe, that there is something wrong with you, that you are going crazy, or that you are broken or stupid. But none of it is true. The truth is this: trauma is healable.

I have been successful in the past with all manner of clients through many different settings – male, female, transgender, heterosexual, LGBTQ+, in inpatient, outpatient, technician, assessment, or even consulting settings. I also really enjoy working with teens and adolescents, since early brain-based interventions help everyone succeed even more in their lifetime. I find that my personality and style seem to fit best with clients who feel they are trapped in a negative routine, have no one with which to talk, or no way out of the situation from which they suffer.
