My main focus is trauma and PTSD. My secondary focus is on Narcissistic Abuse Syndrome and Parental Alienation. I also do a lot of work with anxiety (social and generalized), addictions, depression, abuse (of all kinds). These are often tied to my two main focuses. I have a lot of experience working with military personnel and veterans.
I was trained by the Center for Deployment Psychology in Cognitive Processing Therapy for treating PTSD, Trauma and TBI. While in school I also trained in Emotional Freedom Technique, Neuro Linguistic Programming and Ericksonian Hypnosis. Since school I continue to learn new methods and techniques to help my clients.
My office is in Southlake, TX (a little North of Ft. Worth) and I use Zoom for teletherapy.
