I love working with anyone that feels like something has not been going right for them, be it for a long time or just a little while. I enjoy working with people that have anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment difficulties and people that just are feeling, again, like something is off. I seek to both equip my clients with the skills and tools they need to more effectively get through their lives as well as address inner difficulties so that the quality and satisfaction of life can be increased.
I tend to be a very informal, relaxed type of counselor that seeks to create a strong trusting relationship where you as the client feel comfortable and able to discuss whatever may be on your mind. I tend to focus on men and men's issues, work with veterans, first responders and other things that often poke their nasty heads up for people.
I would love to talk and work with you but the relationship fit needs to feel right for you. I don't want to try and market myself as some kind of miracle worker (I'm not) but I do want to offer you a chance to meet, talk about what is on your mind and let you decide for yourself how you want to move forward.
