I specialize in couples counseling and adult relationships. I have been doing couples work since 1977 and also have experience teaching graduate students in Marriage and Family Counseling. Courses included Separation, Divorce and Remarriage as well as Introduction to Marriage and Family Counseling. Previously I was Director of the Counseling Center at University of Houston where I had a staff of Psychologists and trained Psychologists.

I am passionate about working with couples and individuals who are ready to make changes to improve their emotional well-being, their relationships, and feel more confident about themselves and where their life is going. My goals is to empower people to get through their personal struggles, overcome depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and move past any life challenges to move forward in the direction they want to go. In my work with couples I focus on getting their relationship to move forward by rebuilding trust, building healthy communication, & increasing mutual love and respect.

I have more than 25 years working in the counseling profession and have counseled and coached thousands. I am also a Certified Life Coach. There are so many stressors today, but with the proper strategies and techniques you can learn to manage them.
