My name is Angela Kaiser and I landed in Marriage and Family Therapy because I see the world through a systemic lens. Basically, the people we are surrounded by influence us and we have an influence on the people around us. I am a firm believer that you are never stuck, that you don’t have to live life feeling exhausted, that you are capable of overcoming the thing that’s keeping you down. You are not broken. I have a passion for working with individuals who struggle with persistent depressive, obsessive, and/or anxious feelings and thoughts. I have worked with young adults and adolescents within various faith-based and professional organizations. My experience includes working with obsessive compulsive behaviors, anxiety, complex trauma, and major depression.

We all know the signs – a heavy heart and a restless mind. Sleepless nights, joyless days, grumpiness and toxic stress. Binge eating or shopping or using or doing whatever dulls the pain. It's not working. But there’s a way that works. Therapy works. My clients and I work together like a basketball team moving the ball down the court. We pass the ball back and forth, sharing ideas, noticing themes, clarifying values, shaping your vision until you’re ready to take the shot. My approach is deeply collaborative and research-based. I’m strongly informed by Third Wave CBT, Clinical Hypnosis, EMDR, Polyvagal and Neurodivergent Theory.
