For the first few sessions, you and I will get to know each other. We talk about whatever you want to talk about and work on the issues you want to work on. I won't ever ask "what's wrong with you?". I'll ask "What happened?". I specialize in trauma recovery and it takes a great therapist/client relationship to work through trauma.
